March Update: Arroyo Seco Saints, California Collegiate League Release Statement Regarding 2020 College Summer Baseball Season

PASADENA, CA – In light of the COVID-19 developments that at times are occurring on a daily and hourly basis, the Arroyo Seco Saints are releasing a statement to inform the baseball community of it’s plans for the 2020 college summer baseball season.

The Saints, along with fellow California Collegiate League teams, have a passion for the game of baseball, and are planning, with caution and prudence, to conduct the 2020 college summer baseball season.

The Saints and the CCL will only conduct competition if it is safe to do so and in accordance with local, state, and federal health and governmental guidelines. The spread of COVID-19 is bigger than baseball and the health and safety of communities in our country and around the globe are of primary importance.

The Saints and the CCL are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates to the baseball community.

See the press release from the CCL here.

Stay safe, and be well.
