Appeared in 18 games…made 6 starts…pitched a total of 58 innings with a 2-2 record and 5.74 ERA…recorded 43 strikeouts to 26 BB…pitched a career high 8+ innings on March 28, allowing 1 ER and striking out 7, in a win versus Kent State…Pitched 5.1 scoreless in long relief against Northwestern University on April 11…Allowed 3 ER in 6.2 innings in final regular season start versus Louisville on May 18…Made final start of the season in ACC Tournament against Clemson on May 23, giving up 4 runs in 3.1 innings.

2017 (Freshman): 

Appeared in a total of 15 games, pitching in relief…worked a total of 21 innings, with a 1-0 record and 5.57 ERA…record 15 SOs and 16 BB…threw 4.1 innings in his collegiate debut against Saint Louis on February 18…Earned first collegiate win with four innings of shutout relief work on April 11, in a 2-1 victory over Michigan State.

D’Evelyn High School: Earned three varsity letters in baseball, four in basketball, and three in football…Rated the No. 18 overall prospect in Colorado by Perfect Game…Colorado’s No. 2 rated LHP and No. 172 LHP nationally…Earned first team All-State and All-Conference Honors as a junior…6-0 record, 0.59 ERA, and 87 strikeouts in 47.2 innings, while also hitting .435 with 1 HR and 7 SB…Missed senior season of baseball due to injury…As a sophomore, batted .308, and stuck out 14 in 8.2 innings of work on the mound…Was second team All-State in football as a senior…Earned Honorable Mention all-conference honors during senior basketball season…Named to all-tournament team at Perfect Game/Evoshiled Upperclass Tournament…Also a Perfect Game West Region Honorable Mention selection in 2016.
